How do I sign up for a trial?
When you sign up with odrive, you are automatically enrolled in a free 30-day trial. Learn more about your free trial.

If you are evaluating odrive for your team, you can contact sales@odrive.com to discuss team subscriptions and extended trial periods.
How do I cancel my trial?
Your trial will automatically end at the end of the 30-day period.

If you have not purchased a subscription by the end of your trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue using odrive.

What is the refund policy?
You can get a full refund anytime up to 30 days after your purchase. No questions asked. (Only if this is your first time purchasing a subscription from odrive).

All you need to do is cancel before the end of the 30 day period. You can cancel directly from the subscription page. There is no refund after the 30 day period.
What if I have an old subscription plan?
If you wish to switch to a new subscription, we'll apply a prorated credit for any unused time from your existing plan towards the new subscription.

Example:
Let's say you purchased an old annual plan at $39, and after 4 months, you want to switch to a new subscription. We will apply the prorated credit toward the cost of the new plan.

Don't worry about doing math! It will be automatically calculated for you at the time of purchase.
Can I get another free trial?
No. If you have previously started a trial, you cannot get another free trial.

Alternatively, you can purchase a subscription and cancel within 30 days for a full refund. So there is still an opportunity to try out odrive without any risk to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
How does odrive do billing?
We charge your credit card at the beginning of the subscription period. We will email you a receipt confirming the charge.

We make use of two services to help make payment easy and safe: Stripe and Recurly. Stripe provides the payment functions; while Recurly provides the billing and subscription management functions. Both Stripe and Recurly are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the most stringent level of certification. odrive does not hold your credit card information; Stripe and Recurly do.

If you have a billing issue, please contact us at support@odrive.com to get your issue resolved before submitting a credit card dispute. Our support staff are ready to listen, and we are here to help. You can often get resolution of your issue faster through our support team than through a drawn out dispute process.

Finally, if you are buying for a business and need invoice billing or have other business billing concerns, you can contact sales@odrive.com to get help.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time directly from your subscription page.

Once you cancel, your account will continue to work until the end of the paid term.
Can I buy subscriptions for my team?
If you are purchasing for a team, please contact sales@odrive.com to have a discussion with a sales representative about your needs.

Can I use PayPal to pay for my subscription?
While we do not support PayPal out-of-the-box as a payment source, you can configure your PayPal account to use PayPal Key. This will generate a virtual credit card number that is linked to your PayPal account, allowing you to make purchases with the card number anywhere that Mastercard is accepted.

Once you have your virtual credit card number from setting up PayPal Key, you can use it to purchase an odrive subscription.
