If you have not purchased a subscription by the end of your trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue using odrive.

All you need to do is cancel before the end of the 30 day period. You can cancel directly from the subscription page. There is no refund after the 30 day period.
Let's say you purchased an old annual plan at $39, and after 4 months, you want to switch to a new subscription. We will apply the prorated credit toward the cost of the new plan.
Don't worry about doing math! It will be automatically calculated for you at the time of purchase.
Alternatively, you can purchase a subscription and cancel within 30 days for a full refund. So there is still an opportunity to try out odrive without any risk to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
We make use of two services to help make payment easy and safe: Stripe and Recurly. Stripe provides the payment functions; while Recurly provides the billing and subscription management functions. Both Stripe and Recurly are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the most stringent level of certification. odrive does not hold your credit card information; Stripe and Recurly do.
If you have a billing issue, please contact us at support@odrive.com to get your issue resolved before submitting a credit card dispute. Our support staff are ready to listen, and we are here to help. You can often get resolution of your issue faster through our support team than through a drawn out dispute process.

Once you cancel, your account will continue to work until the end of the paid term.
